We have been very busy here in the office again these last few weeks with lots of new properties coming on and lots of properties sold. We had a visit from the Easter bunny yesterday who left us all Easter eggs on our desks! Unfortunately, Adrian, our photographer couldn't eat his because of his nut allergy, but the rest of us in the office were happy to help him eat his egg.

As it is Easter, the office will be closed Friday and Monday for the bank holiday. We are open as normal on Saturday though.

We hope everyone has a lovely Easter and that you don't eat too much chocolate!

It's Valentine's Day today and we have been very busy in the office over the last week with lots of completions. In honour of Valentine's Day, I thought I would share a story from one of our completions. Will and Suzy have bought through us before, so we were very happy to be able to help them find a property again.

Tina handed the keys over to the lovely couple last Monday. They entered the property and opened champagne and then Will proposed!

We are very happy to say that Suzy said yes!

We wish them both the very best for the future and lots of happy years together in their lovely cottage.

These are the beautiful flowers they sent us. We have received lots of flowers lately from very happy vendors and buyers, some of which were kind enough to leave some lovely comments on our Bundy and Bond Google reviews page. We were happy to have been able to help them all and we wish them all lots of happiness in their new properties.

Wishing all our customers a very merry Christmas!!!!!

We hope that everyone had a lovely Christmas and New Year. 2017 has already brought a big change for Bundy and Bond. Over the Christmas period, we moved offices! We left Fromeforde House after a very happy 18 months there and we have moved to our very own premises in Chipping Sodbury.

We are still unpacking in the office and finding a home for everything (we know how our vendors feel now when they move home!), however the office is open should you wish to come in and say hello.

Our new address is Unit 2, Rounceval Mews, Rounceval Street, Chipping Sodbury, BS37 6AS. We are just off the high street just before the top of the hill as you go up it, down a small lane. Our telephone number 01454 540 200 is still exactly the same.

Adrian, our professional photographer will be taking some much better photos very soon so we can add them to our website. Our little office was once a barn, but it has been completely renovated. We are the first company to be here and it may take a little while for people to know where we are, but we hope to be here for many years to come.

Nobel house, but is it pronounced Nobell or Noble?

We had a little bit of a disagreement in the office last week (in the nicest possible way of course). Mary had just taken on a new property in Rangeworthy called Nobel and no one in the office could agree how to pronounce it. Mary was calling it ‘Nobell’ while the rest of us was sure it should be ‘Noble’. Eventually, there was only one thing to do….Mary asked the family to confirm how they pronounced it. She arrived triumphantly back at the office and announced that she had been right. It was pronounced ‘Nobell’. But why did they call it that, we asked? The only Nobel we could think of was the Nobel peace prize. When she finally managed to stop chuckling to herself, she said the family called it ‘Nobel’ because there was no bell at the property!!

Nobel is on the market for offers in excess of £475,000. Now you know the story behind the name, if you would like to see the property we are there this Saturday carrying out block viewings between 12-2pm.
