We have been valuing houses in the area for many years, which has allowed us to develop a strong grounding in the local property market. In today's environment, the increased use of technology such as property portals, websites and social media channels have helped us obtain maximum exposure to potential buyers. Despite the use of technology, our traditional values mean we will always remain proactive and build a strong working relationship with prospective buyers so that we can fully establish what they are looking for and how we can help them meet their needs.




A member of our sales team will accompany all viewings at your property.  With more than 60 years’ experience in property sales, we know how to promote your property effectively to ensure that viewers are aware of your home’s best features so that we can quickly find a buyer for your home.

Residential Conveyancing


We pride ourselves on our after sales service. Once your property is sold subject to contract, we will monitor your sale / purchase and liaise with other agents and solicitors so that the sales process can be completed as efficiently and stress-free as possible. Jane is our dedicated sales progressor, however all of our sales team are actively involved in seeing sales through to completion. At all times, we will go above and beyond to ensure that we keep your chain together.


Mortgages & Financial Advice


If you require financial advice, we can put you in touch with Becky or Kevin, our local independent mortgage advisors. Friendly and experienced, they can answer all of your questions. 

Professional Photography


At Bundy and Bond, we know how important it is for your property to look its absolute best. With the majority of buyers now searching for their new home online, the photographs are the first thing a prospective buyer will see.


Some estate agents can charge their clients up to £250 plus VAT for professional photography. We don’t charge our clients for professional photography. It’s just part of the service that we provide.


Some estate agents might use a professional photographer for properties at the higher end of the market, while for properties at the lower end, they will take the photos themselves (sometimes even using their phone!). We use a professional photographer for all of our properties from the high end to the lower end of the market. It doesn’t matter what the selling price is; what matters is that our clients receive the best possible service we can provide.


After we have been instructed to market your property, one of our sales team will accompany the professional photographer when he visits your home. Most agents who use a professional photographer will send them to the property alone, but by accompanying them we can ensure the photos will present your home in the best way possible to attract a potential buyer.
